etl-dev software package provides Extended Class and Template Library, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install etl-dev
etl-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the etl-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep etl-dev *
You will get with etl-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
